The device has two longitudinal axial conveyed strands (14a,14b,15a,15b), where each strand is provided with insertion units (11,12). Filter segments (F1,F2) or filter segments groups (13a,13b) are inserted into the respective strand. The former insertion unit is propelled for one of strand independently from the latter insertion organ provided for the other strand. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a transmission drum for the transverse axial conveying of current of rod-shaped products for a tobacco processing industry; (2) a machine for manufacturing a multi segment filters for a tobacco processing industry; and (3) a method for transmission of current of transverse axially conveyed filter segments or groups of filter segments of a tobacco processing industry. |
