The present invention relates to a probe insertion and extraction apparatus for eddy current test. The probe insertion and extraction apparatus for eddy current test comprises: a cable reel for reeling in and storing a cable; a driving wheel which extracts the cable from the cable reel; a driving motor which generates torque for driving the cable reel and the driving wheel; a guide bar in a cylinder shape which is vertically arranged on a progressive path of the cable in the front end of the cable reel, rotates according to the rotation of the cable reel, and of which a groove in a spiral shape is formed on an external surface; and a guide block which is coupled with the guide bar to penetrate, of which a protrusion is formed on the internal surface corresponding to the groove of the guide, and which horizontally moves in movement areas where the groove of the guide bar is formed according to the rotation of the guide bar by forming a cable hole for the cable to pass through.
