<p>The present invention relates to a drying apparatus for an LED package. The drying apparatus for the LED package according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a chamber which receives an LED package and a hot wind generating unit which applies fluid with a preset temperature to the chamber. The flow speed of the fluid is 0.5 to 3.0m/s in the chamber. The chamber includes an inlet to which the fluid is inputted and an outlet through which the fluid is discharged.</p> |
