Provided in the present invention are a novel compound which improves light emitting efficiency, stability, and lifetime of element, and an organic electronic element and an electronic device using the same. Provided is a compound represented by following chemical formula 1. Provided in the present invention are an organic electronic element and an electronic device using the compound represented by the chemical formula 1. The compound according to the present invention is used to lower driving voltage of the element, and significantly increase color purity, light emitting efficiency, and lifetime thereof.
