The present invention provides an apparatus to manufacture an annular concentrically-twisted cord with high accuracy of winding a lateral-line wire in an annular core. According to the present invention, the apparatus to manufacture an annular concentrically-twisted cord comprises: a rotating device (10) to rotate an annular core (1) in a circumferential direction; a first cassette moving device (20) to move a cassette (50) outward and inward an edge of the annular core (1); and a second cassette moving device (30) to move the cassette (50) from one side of a rotation shaft of the annular core (1) to the other side with respect to the inside of the edge of the annular core (1), and to move the cassette (50) from the other side of a rotation shaft of the annular core (1) to one side with respect to the outside of the edge of the annular core (1). The cassette (50) includes a case (52) to accommodate a reel (51), and having a cover (62) to cover the outer circumference of a lateral-line wire (2) wound in the reel (51), and a guide block (53) formed in the outer circumference of the case (52). The cover (62) has a slit (54), and an opening area (s1) in the annular core (1) of a guide part (53a) of the guide block (53) is smaller than an opening area (s2) of the slit (54).
