The present invention relates to a light emitting diode chip for increasing light extraction and electricity property and which is safe from static. The light emitting diode chip includes: a semiconductor laminating unit including a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer; two or more pads which are located on the second conductive semiconductor layer; and an electrode extending unit which connects the pads. The light emitting diode chip minimizes a contact area and increases light extraction by separating the second conductive semiconductor layer and an electrode extending unit.
