<p>The present invention provides pocket bread and a manufacturing method thereof, in which stuffing such as meat, vegetables, rice and various salads, which is filled in bread and is accommodated in a bag so as to be suitable for fast food, the entrance of the bag is sealed so as to safely store the bread, and a user can hygienically take the bread by conveniently separating the bag. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises a preparation process of preparing materials such as bread baked in various forms, ordered stuffing, and a tube type bag; a bread processing process of cutting one end of the bread to manufacture a cover, and digging out the inside to manufacture an accommodation space; a bag insertion process of tying one inner end of the bag with a first tying band, and passing the end of the bag through the bread cover so as to expose the tied part with the first tying band to the outside; a stuffing wrapping process of filling the stuffing into the bag combined by the bag insertion process and folding the opening part to finish; a filling process of putting the bag filled with the stuffing by the stuffing wrapping process into the accommodation space of the bread, and blocking the entrance of the accommodation space of the bread with the bread cover or adhering with an edible adhesive; a process of forming a grip part so as to be conveniently held with a hand by tying one end of the bag, which has been projected outside the bread cover and tied with a first tying band, with a second tying band or a third tying band having a ring after finishing the filling process; and a step of packaging the whole with an outer skin after forming the grip part.</p> |
