PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine fuel system suppressing mulfunction due to adhesion of fuel to a flow divider, and to provide a method for cleaning the gas turbine fuel system. SOLUTION: The gas turbine fuel system includes a cleaning fuel system 20 for supplying a cleaning fuel to the flow divider 2 when stopping the gas turbine. Fuel (kerosene, etc.) having lower viscosity than an operating fuel (heavy oil, etc.) is used as the cleaning fuel. The gas turbine fuel system, after completing the cleaning operation, starts supplying the operating fuel to the flow divider 2, and discharges it to a purge system 30 along with a remaining cleaning fuel.
