PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device of an elevator that can surely hold a door panel even in a fire. SOLUTION: A guide shoe 14 of the door panel 12 slidably arranged along an opening surface of the doorway of the elevator, is provided by integrally forming a resin shoe part 16 in a lower part of a metallic support piece 15 projecting downward from a lower side part of the door panel 12. A sill 13 arranged in a sill part of the doorway has a guide groove 18 for guiding the shoe part 16 in its opening-closing direction in response to opening-closing operation of the door panel 12 by slidably engaging the shoe part 16 of the guide shoe 14 with the inside. A slit 20 that is smaller in an open groove width than the guide groove 18, wherein the metallic support piece 15 can move along the opening-closing direction, is formed in a cover part 19 covering an upper surface of this guide groove 18. The lower part of the metallic support piece 15 of the guide shoe 14 is formed in a hooked shape not to slip out to the outside of the sill 13 from the slit 20 even in a falling-off state of the resin shoe part 16.
