Provided are: a thermal insulating sheet which exhibits excellent handleability while having a high thermal insulating property; a sheet for use in a truck bed; and a thermal insulating case. A thermal insulating sheet (1) includes a laminate obtained by laminating constituent layers, namely, a tarpaulin sheet (10), multiple nonwoven fabric sheets (11a,11b) made of a synthetic resin, and a polyester canvas (12) in this order. In at least a part of the peripheral edge of the laminate, at least the tarpaulin sheet (10) and the polyester canvas (12) are fuse-bonded, while in the other part of the peripheral edge thereof, the constituent layers are sewn together. The polyester canvas (12) is provided with through holes. |
