The present invention relates to a polyimide laminate provided with an alkali metal doped layer and a thin-film solar cell comprising same. Since the laminate has excellent durability and barrier properties and allows for a high-temperature process at a temperature of 550°C or more, it is possible to prepare a thin-film solar cell having improved energy conversion efficiency as well as flexibility. |
