A refrigeration cycle device (1) is characterized by: comprising a refrigerant circuit that has at least a compressor (10), a condenser (20), an expansion device (30), and an evaporator (40) and that circulates a refrigerant; using, as the refrigerant, an ethylene-based fluorohydrocarbon or a mixture containing an ethylene-based fluorohydrocarbon; and further comprising a dryer (50) that absorbs moisture in the refrigerant.
