Provided is a telephone conversation assist apparatus (10), the housing of which contains a speaker unit, a first microphone unit and a second microphone unit. Openings (34) of the speaker unit, an opening (33-1) of the first microphone unit, and an opening (33-2) of the second microphone unit are located in one surface of the housing of the telephone conversation assist apparatus (10).
