A vibration data generation device is a vibration data generation device which generates vibration data for a vibration reproduction device having a plurality of vibrators to control each of the vibrators, and which is provided with: an acquisition unit that acquires information that is input to an input unit and that indicates a virtual vibration source; and a generation unit that generates vibration data including a vibration pattern of each of the plurality of vibrators of the vibration reproduction device so that an acquired position of the virtual vibration source can be reproduced.
