<p>The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention are a communication device access processing method and device, and communication system, solving the problem that a dual-SIM mobile phone can access a current network only via multiple repeated configurations, thus saving network resources. The method comprises: a second user module determines that a first user module has accessed a network side device; and the second user module transmits to the network side device a second access request message, the second access request message being used to request access of the second user module to the network side device, and to inform that the second user module and the first user module are located on the same communication device.
