The present invention relates to a composition of a marking material for a construction surface using an organic and inorganic hybrid coating material for quick-drying which marks a simple construction content after construction; and a marking method thereof. The marking method comprises: a step of spreading foundation adhesive on a construction surface; a step of installing a printing plate mold on the surface where the foundation adhesive is spread; a step of preparing a mixed bonding agent (40); a step of filling the etched groove (31) of the printing plate mold (30) with the prepared bonding agent (40), and compacting the filled bonding agent; a step of drying the marked part (50) formed by removing the printing plate mold by heating using a torch lamp (60); and a step of spreading a permeable coating agent (21) on the surface of the formed marked part (50) after drying with the torch lamp (60).
