摘要 The present invention provides a black spicy stir-fried silky chicken. People have not tried to stir-fry a silky chicken because flesh of the silky chicken is stinky and hard. However, according to the present invention, flesh of the silky chicken is boiled in soup prepared by boiling a mixture of ginsengs, kiwis, soybean paste and water; and thus the silky chicken can be stir-fried. Ripened seasoning proper to the flesh of the silky chicken is used for the black spicy stir-fried silky chicken. Purple vegetables and/or a mugwort rice cake are/is added into the black spicy stir-fried silky chicken so that black color of the silky chicken can be in harmony with purple color of the vegetable. The black spicy stir-fried chicken has new texture and a new appearance.
