<p>The present invention relates to a complex herb fermented material having an effect of suppressing skin erythema and an effect of inhibiting skin inflammation (specifically, atopic dermatitis) and skin aging. More specifically, the complex herb fermented material means a complex phosphorus fermented material obtained by inoculating and fermenting Bacillus spp. strains in a steamed filtrate of complex phosphorus materials including Trichosanthes Kirilowii, Allium Tuberosu, Prunus Persica, Thuja Orientalis, Zizyphus Jujuba, Litchi chinensis Sonn, Coix Lacryma-Jobi Ma-yuen, Sesamum indicum L, Prunus armeniaca, and Troilis japonica decandolle. Further, the present invention relates to a method for preparing the complex phosphorus fermented material. Further, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing the complex phosphorus fermented material and having effects of suppressing skin erythema and inhibiting skin inflammation and skin aging.</p> |
