1. A plasma-actuated vortex generator arrangement, comprising:
a plurality of vortex generators in the form of elements that extend from a body surface over which a working fluid flows, the vortex generators being spaced apart from one another along a spaced direction transverse to a direction of travel of the working fluid to allow a working fluid to flow between them; and a plasma actuator distributed amongst the plurality of vortex generators and configured to generate an electric field between the vortex generators and induce fluid flow from at least one of the vortex generators to at least one other of the vortex generators across a space between the vortex generators.
