The present invention relates to a method of constructing base blocks for block pavement, in which since a base material is made as a block, and the block is crushed at the construction, it is possible to construct the stable base, thereby preventing subsidence and extending the lifespan. The method includes the steps of: mixing the respective materials; forming the mixed materials as a block of a wanted shape; drying the shaped base blocks; placing the base blocks on a road; applying pressure higher than a reference impact load set to 0.1 to 0.4 N/mm^2 (MPa) by a compacting machine in the state in which the base blocks are evenly placed on the road, thereby crushing the base blocks into aggregates engaged by a binder; and flattening the upper surface of the base block by the compacting machine. |
