The present invention relates to a jaw-crusher that crushes objects to be crushed such as rock or concrete into a certain size and includes an outlet width adjusting device and a tension adjusting device. The jaw-crusher includes the outlet width adjusting device which adjusts the width of an outlet formed on a lower part of inter-space between a moving jaw and a fixed jaw; a tension providing part which provides elastic force to the moving jaw; and the tension adjusting device which is connected to the outlet width adjusting device and the tension providing part and is formed to automatically adjust tension of the tension providing part. A toggle block can be easily moved forward and backward. Therefore, the width of the outlet of the jaw-crusher can be easily adjusted; mechanical durability of the jaw-crusher is increased; and compressing force of a tension spring is automatically maintained to be proper by adjusting a distance between a tension base fixated under a rear frame and a spring support on which the tension spring is arranged.
