<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of panels used for wooden products forming a transfer layer by a sublimation transfer method and the panels used for wooden products, wherein panels have various transfer layers of users by using the sublimation transfer method and accordingly are manufactured in small lots and multi items, leading to product competitiveness since purchasers like different products with various patterns. In the present invention, the manufacturing method of forming transfer layers on panels used for wooden products comprises the steps of (S2) forming a coating layer on the panel; (S3) seating transfer papers on the panel with coating layer through the (S2) step to cover the panel step wherein the transfer papers have printed patterns or shapes by using a sublimation ink; (S4) heating and pressing the panel wherein the panel with seated transfer paper via the (S3) step is pressed by a compression roll while providing heat in a fixed temperature, and then the sublimation ink printed on the transfer paper is absorbed into the coating layer due to the sublimation reaction, thereby sublimating the patterns or shaped on the panel; and (S5) peeling the transfer paper after transferring the pattern or shapes formed on the trans paper through the (S4) step to the panel.</p> |
