The present invention relates to an apparatus, a system and a method for managing the quality of MRI using an ACR phantom and a nonmagnetic plastic plate. More particularly, an ACR phantom used for managing the quality of MRI is located in a brain coil. After it is mounted on the nonmagnetic plastic plate, it is moved in the left and the right direction. In the upper and the lower direction, a patient table is moved with a constant distant to make an image. Quality management of MRI with regard to a wide region of interest can be carried out without using a phantom with large volume and area.
