1. A method of treating cancer in a subject in need comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective dose of compound represented by the structure set forth in Formula (II)in which
R3 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7 and C8 linear and branched alkyl; L is selected from the group consisting of C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7 and C8 linear, branched and cyclic alkyl, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7 and C8 linear, branched alkyl-amine, piperidinyl, aryl, and a combination thereof; U is selected from the group consisting of —O—; —(CO)O—; —O(CO)—NH—; and —(CO)—NH—; D is an anticancer drug; andpharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, solvates and metal chelates of the compound. |
