1. A method for forming a textured electrode for an electronic device, comprising:
electrostatically distributing and anchoring a plurality of particles to a substrate, wherein said electrostatic distributing comprises Van der Waals forces to provide a uniform distribution of particles on the substrate; depositing transparent conductive electrode material over and in contact with the particles; etching the electrode material to form peaks over the particles; and forming one or more active device layers over the electrode material for performing a device function. |
