The present invention relates to an air cleaner using plants. In the present invention, a plant block (40), where plants (P) purifying air are planted, is mounted on a fixation plate (30) fixated to an installation frame (20) mounted on the wall (12). Multiple plant blocks (40) are installed on the fixation plate (30), and a hood (50) where air purified by plants is positioned between plant blocks (50) and installed on the fixation plate (30). The front of the plant block (40) has a curved shape. An additional filter (58) and a plant filter (60) are installed on the front end of the hood (50) to remove dust and pollutants in the air suctioned into the hood (50) by a fan (54). The purified air delivered to the hood (50) is sent to a desired space through an air duct (52). According to the present invention, the hood (50) is positioned between plant blocks (40) so that the length in the front and back direction of the air cleaner is minimized, thereby minimizing the bottom area for placing the air cleaner. Also, the front of the plant block (40) and the plant filter (60) has a curved shape, thereby having the plant looking lush in leaf. |
