The present invention relates to a power control system in connection with an analog and digital feedback compensation scheme and a method thereof. The a power control system in connection with an analog and digital feedback compensation scheme includes a PLC (Programmable Logic Control: 1), a CPU (2), a PWM generating unit (3), a phase detecting unit (4), a control signal generating unit (5), SCRs (SCR1 and SCR2), a load (6), an analog/digital convertor (ADC: 7) and a digital display (8). The method includes a goal value proposing step (S1), a control value generating step (S2), a duty generating unit (S3), a reference signal generating step (S4), an SCR control signal generating step (S5), an SCR controlling step (S6), an analog signal feedback step (S7), and a digital signal feedback step (S8), so that a harmonic frequency may be prohibited from being generated and a stable temperature control may be performed while resolving power is increased. While real-time compensation, which is a merit of analog feedback, is implemented, a deviation between measurement and control values is compensated through digital feedback compensation so that a degree of control may be approximate to a goal degree. In addition, the present invention is configured in a combination type of the analog and digital feedback merits, so that the present invention is useful and has a special merit that epochally enhances the output stability and the accuracy of a goal value. |
