A transfer apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a plurality of capacitors, a plurality of first sub-switches connected to one end of the capacitors, a plurality of second sub-switches connected to the other end of the capacitors, a power supply unit charging at least one capacitor connected according to an operation of the first sub-switches and the second sub-switches, a light emitting unit emitting light using electric charges charged in the capacitors, a main switch controlling connection between the capacitors and the light emitting unit, and a control unit charging the capacitors by controlling operations of the first sub-switches, the second sub-switches, and the main switch, and controlling the light emitting unit to emit light according to electric charges charged in the capacitors.
