The present invention relates to a circuit board and a lighting device including the same. The present invention provides the circuit board which includes a support substrate, a light emitting module which mounts a light emitting device on the support substrate, and a protection connection part which is formed on the support substrate to protrude and supplies a current to the light emitting device. The protection connection part includes a combination part which is combined with the support substrate. An adhesive material is stacked on one side of the combination part.
