Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for processing an eMPS in a CSFB mechanism. The method in the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes: receiving a CSFB access request of a user equipment; determining that the user equipment has a CSFB priority service right according to acquired priority service information of the user equipment; and providing a CSFB access service preferentially for the user equipment with the CSFB priority service right.

1. A method for processing an enhanced multimedia priority service (eMPS) in a circuit switched fallback (CSFB) mechanism, comprising:
receiving, by a mobility management entity (MME), a CSFB access request of a user equipment (UE); determining, by the MME, whether the UE has a CSFB priority service right according to priority service information of the UE, wherein the priority service information is made available to the MME from a location update acknowledgement message sent from a home subscriber server (HSS) during attachment of the UE; and providing, by the MME, a CSFB access service preferentially for the UE with the CSFB priority service right.
