摘要 The present invention relates to a core-shell fibrous cell carrier which includes: a core having a cell and collagen; and a shell including alginate. The present invention provides a method for producing the core-shell fibrous cell carrier and a composition including the core-shell fibrous cell carrier for regenerating bones or cartilage, wherein the method comprises a step of injecting a core material including a cell and collagen through an internal needle and a shell material including alginate through an external needle at a particular speed in a water tank including calcium chloride, where the internal needle and the external needle share the center and have different diameters. In the core-shell fibrous cell carrier, in which a core and a shell are clearly separated, of the present invention, the alginate content of the shell is optimized, so that oxygen and nutrition can be actively supplied to the cell disposed in the core and the cell can form a network in a boundary part with the shell, wherein oxygen and nutrition are actively supplied in the boundary part. The cell carrier can be easily molded into hydrogel form to be directly filled and transplanted even in a portion with tissue damage having a small or complicated shape.
