The present invention relates to a culture media of adult stem cells derived from human skin dermis. More specifically, provided is a culture media of adult stem cells derived from human skin dermis having one or more increased growth factors selected from a group consisting of: bFGF (basic Fibroblast growth factor); HGF (Hepatocyte growth factor); IGFBP-1 (Insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1); IGFBP-2 (Insulin-like growth factor binding protein-2); IGF-1(Insulin-like growth factor); and VEGF (Vascular endothelial growth factor) compared to a culture media of fibroblast derived from human skin dermis. Additionally, provided is a composition for inhibiting or alleviating skin aging including the culture media.
