摘要 <p>The present invention provides a method to fabricate a stacked nanocarbon electrode set, which is an example of one application of a suspended nanocarbon wire, which is capable of improving effectively a deterioration in a yield and a limitation in manufacturing of the existing suspended nanowire sensor. According to the present invention, provided is a stacked nanocarbon electrode set wherein a thin and dense suspended carbon nanomesh is fabricated with high yield. The stacked nanocarbon electrode set fabricated in accordance to the present invention is applied to provide a biosensor and an electrochemical sensor which have improved sensibility because the contact between the carbon nanomesh and the electrode are physically and electrically stable.</p>
