1. A white organic light emitting diode (W-OLED) display device, comprising:
a substrate divided into a thin-film transistor region and a light emitting region; a first thin-film transistor and a second thin-film transistor formed on the substrate of the thin-film transistor region; a first passivation layer formed on an entire surface of the substrate including the thin-film transistor region formed with the first thin-film transistor and the second thin-film transistor; a red, green, and blue color filters formed on a portion of the first passivation layer except the thin-film transistor region; a second passivation layer formed on the substrate formed with the color filters a pixel electrode formed on the second passivation layer, and connected to a drain electrode of the second thin-film transistor; a partition formed on the substrate formed with the pixel electrode to partition the light emitting region; a organic white light emission layer formed at the light emitting region of the substrate formed with the partition; and a common electrode formed on the substrate formed with the organic light emission layer. |
