The present invention relates to a system for controlling customized search icon output and a method thereof. The present invention is provided to guide search word selection by inputting a single search word and selecting a search icon several times thereby enabling a user, who is hard to select a proper search word and attempts searching the internet while walking, to conveniently use the present invention. The present invention is provided to cut off connection with a search server while selecting a search icon by using a search icon pack downloaded for each search word, thereby remarkably reducing connection traffic.
