A method and an apparatus for generating X-ray of a computer tomography system are provided to obtain an X-ray image of tested object at high speed. An X-ray image of the texted object is obtained at various angles by obtaining the X-ray image of the tested object through the rotating X-ray radiated from the X-ray generating apparatus when a CT photographing system examines the tested object. The CT photographing system rapidly detects the tested-object by obtaining the X-ray image at high speed since the X-ray generating apparatus or the tested-object does not need to move.
