The present invention relates to a portable device for removing electromagnetic waves and purifying air. The portable device enables a user, who stays on a certain place or moves, to stably breathe. The portable device prevents electromagnetic waves, generated by an electric device, from being absorbed into the user. The device comprises: a housing (1) in which an inner space in a certain size is formed; a high pressure generator (3) which is installed on the inner side of the housing (1) and discharges anions through a discharging part (5); a battery (7) which is installed on a side of the high pressure generator (3) and applies appropriate electric power to the high pressure generator (3); a controller (9) which is installed on the inner side of the housing (1) and controls the high pressure generator (3); and a tourmaline structure body (11) which is formed on the surface of the housing (1) to have an appropriate area.
