The present invention provides a battery module which includes two or more battery cells which are stacked and are charged and discharged, a cooling fin which is interposed between the battery cells, a cartridge frame which fixes the cooling fin, and a cartridge which forms a battery cell stack structure by fixing the battery cells. At least one end of the cooling fin protrudes to the outside of the cartridge frame to form a heat radiation unit. Two or more heat radiation units are formed with a structure to form a coolant path outside the cartridge frame.
