The present invention relates to a device for treating food waste and a system for treating food waste using the same. Specifically, the device comprises: an organic material treatment bath provided with an inflow space and a discharge space defined therein, and including an inlet through which treated water with adulteration removed is introduced into the inflow space from the outside and an outlet through which treated water with an organic material removed is discharged in the discharge space; a separation drum provided with a mesh-shaped hollow tube of which one side is opened, having a cylindrical shape where a though-hole net is formed to surround the hollow tube, wherein a front end of the separation drum is formed to have an upwardly incline gradient in the discharge space to be communicated with the inflow space, the separation drum including a transfer screw rotatably interlocked with the through-hole net in the hollow tube to transfer the separated organic material to the opened one side of the hollow tube, and a first motor for rotating the transfer screw; a transport drum disposed at the one opened side of the separation drum to receive the organic material discharged from the separation drum, and provided with a transport screw that is rotatably disposed therein; and an organic material discharge unit including a mesh-shaped transfer tube that is communicated with the transport drum to receive the organic material from the transport screw and is provided with an organic material discharge outlet through which the organic material dehydrated is discharged, a dehydration screw rotatably interlocked with the transport screw in the transfer tube, and a second motor for rotating the dehydration screw. |
