<p>A location estimation system comprises a sound system including multiple speakers outputting signals in an audio frequency band, and a mobile terminal receiving the signals in the audio frequency band. The sound system includes speaker identifiers to identify the multiple speakers in raw voice data, and generates voice data for each of the multiple speakers to identify each of the multiple speakers. The mobile terminal receives a signal in the audio frequency band outputted by at least one speaker located within a range where the signal in the audio frequency band may be received, and a location of the mobile terminal is estimated using a speaker identifier included in the signal in the audio frequency band. Thus, it is possible to estimate a location easily, conveniently, reliably and precisely, using a sound system that has been built already.</p> |
