The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing radioisotope Zr-89 including: a thin film manufacturing process of Y-89 (yttrium); a nuclear reaction process for fixing Y-89 thin film on a particle accelerator and generating Zr-89 by processing nuclear reaction by a proton beam; an elution process of Zr-89 for eluting Zr-89 from an yttrium thin film by mixing hydrochloric acid and nitric acid from the nuclear-reacted yttrium thin film; and refinement process of Zr-89 for separating and refining the eluted Zr-89 by penetrating a column.
