摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for optimizing video analysis for a surveillance site. More specifically, an in-situ image photographed from a surveillance camera is received to apply a plurality of image analysis algorithms to the image analysis of the in-situ image for the test of the image analysis algorithm, thereby comparing an image analysis result value from the test with a result image of a ground truth image to generate an optimized image analysis algorithm. Accordingly, a surveillance environment optimized for each surveillance site can be easily constructed regardless of the help of an expert. Information of parameters for the image analysis algorithms and the information of a weighted value are adjusted for the test of the algorithms, thereby creating the image analysis algorithm for the surveillance site including a plurality of image analysis algorithms and having parameters and weighted values through the comparison with the ground truth image so that the image analysis algorithms can be easily applied to an individual surveillance site. The setting information of the image analysis algorithm optimized according to periods and times through the ground truth image created based on a period, a time, or accumulation information is applied, so that the optimized image analysis algorithm for the surveillance site optimized for a surveillance environment is applied, thereby improving the efficiency in the construction of the surveillance environment for the surveillance site.</p>
