The present invention relates to a toluene combustion decomposition apparatus using microwave plasma, and a combustion decomposition apparatus with a function of amplifying flames using toluene. The toluene combustion decomposition apparatus using microwave plasma comprises: a magnetron which supplies microwave to a discharge tube installed in a chamber to generate plasma in a plasma generation chamber; 3-stub and a waveguide transferring the microwave generated in the magnetron with minimum loss; and the chamber which has the discharge tube to generate plasma using the transferred microwave. The toluene combustion decomposition apparatus using microwave plasma, and a combustion decomposition apparatus with a function of amplifying flames using toluene can generate plasma by performing excitation on argon (Ar) gas injected into the discharge tube and combust and remove VOCs including toluene using the generated low temperature plasma.
