<p>The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a magnetic core by pressing a magnetic powder filled in a die using at least one of an upper punch and a lower punch of a compression forming device. When a powder surface put inside a die is pressed on the surface facing at least one of an upper punch and a lower punch or facing dies of both the upper punch and the lower punch, a protrusion for forming a groove having a predetermined shape inside the power surface protrudes. A pressure groove corresponding to a shape of the protrusion in a surface of a powder core by pressing at least one of a upper punch and a lower punch to a surface of powder put in the die. When a core powder in the die is compressed and formed by the upper punch and a lower punch of a compression forming device, the same pressure as that in a surface of the powder core is uniformly generated in a pressure groove of the powder core corresponding to the pressure protrusion by a pressing operation with respect to the core powder through the pressure protrusion. When the powder core is compressed and formed, the pressure is transferred to a center inside the core. As a result, the pressure is uniformly applied to all parts of the core.</p> |
