<p>The purpose of the present invention is providing a heating roll imprinting method for removing a process of cleaning metal electrode materials or a thin metal film away from a plastic substrate after imprinting a thin pattern film by imprinting the thin pattern film selected from a thin film for a metal electrode. The heating roll imprinting method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a first step of forming a thin film for a metal electrode on a primary substrate; a second step of pressing and separating the thin film for a metal electrode by a heating roll including an embossed stamp mold, and moving the selected thin pattern film to the stamp mold; and a third step of imprinting a secondary plastic substrate with the stamp mold, and fixing the thin pattern film to an intaglio pattern by pushing while forming the intaglio pattern.</p> |
