The present invention relates to a satellite monitoring device. The device comprises first and second disks, a power source part which supplies input voltage; multiple resistances which are arranged on one surface of the first disk in a line and have one end connected to the input voltage; multiple ball bearings which are connected to both ends of the resistances and protrude to the outside the first disk; and multiple resistance module contact plates which are arranged on one surface of the second disk and touch the ball bearings to successively connect the resistances.
