<p>The present invention relates to an anti-theft locking device in which a cap of a wastebasket is limited to be arbitrarily opened, or a bicycle is locked to prevent the bicycles from being stolen. According to the related art, since a locking device applied to the wastebasket or the bicycle has a limited length, various locking devices are needed to lock the wastebaskets having different sizes. Also, since the locking device for the bicycle has also a limited length, when a diameter of a column is large, the bicycle can not be locked with respect to the column, and thus the locking device is cumbersome to use. To solve the limitations, the anti-theft locking device includes: a housing (13) coupled to a front end of the front fixing member (12) and having a through-hole (13a) defined in a lower portion thereof and to which a key bundle (14) is coupled to an upper portion thereof; and a locking unit (100) inserted into or separated from the housing (13) and having a locking member (30) including a plurality of locking grooves (32). The key bundle (14) has a locking bar (15) inserted into or separated from the locking groove (32). Thus, since the locking member slides to change the size thereof, it is very convenient to use the locking device. Also, costs may be reduced. The key hole may be defined in a side portion of the locking device to prevent dusts or foreign substances from being introduced therein, thereby preventing the locking device from being broken.</p> |
