The present invention relates to an apparatus for mounting the topside of an ocean platform. The apparatus for mounting a topside comprises multiple base stabbing guides which are installed on the upper end of a lower support structure and include a lower adjustment guide; and multiple stabbing cones which are installed on the lower end of the topside and include an upper adjustment guide. Accordingly, the apparatus for mounting the topside supports the topside to prevent the topside from moving in every direction due to marine environmental loads such as waves and wind during a topside-mounting process, and distributes a part of the topside-mounting load in order for the lower support structure to stably support the lower support structure.
