The present invention relates to an optical lighting device capable of lighting a light generated from the light source of the outside through an optical cable by using low power. To this end, the optical lighting device comprises: a case in which an accommodation space is formed, and has one side which is fixed on a cell or a wall; a light emitting unit which is located inside the case, of which an optical cable is installed to be separated from each other on both ends and arranges a spectroscopic body which mutually connects the optical cable; and a diffusing unit which emits the light by the light emitting unit and diffuses the branched light.
