FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: invention is used in the field of power engineering. The device consists of a power line, transformers, capacitors and reactors. Between each phase of the power line and its neutral the series-connected primary windings of transformers are connected, to the secondary windings of transformers the capacitors are connected. To the transformer, the primary winding of which is connected with one end to a neutral, the load is connected.
